1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Courses, Downloads)
All digital products are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content, once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered, I cannot offer a refund.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact me at [Your Email Address] so I can help resolve the problem.
2. Coaching Services
Refunds for coaching sessions or packages are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24–48 hours notice. Once a session has been completed, it is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund.
If exceptional circumstances occur (such as illness or emergency), please contact me directly and I will work with you to find a solution.
