Coaching Services Policy

This Service Policy applies to all coaching and healing services provided by Empowered with Nicole. Payment & Card Policy — Payment is required in full before your session or program unless an alternative arrangement is made in writing. — All payments are processed securely via credit/debit card or approved payment platform. — For multi-month programs with installment plans, failure to pay by the scheduled due date may result in suspension of services until payment is received. — Declined payments must be resolved within 48 hours to maintain access. Cancellation & Rescheduling — Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. — Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee. — VIP Days are non-refundable once booked. The $50 fee applies if rescheduling occurs within 24 hours. — Multi-month programs: Late cancellations of individual sessions incur the $50 fee. Payments already made remain subject to the refund policy. Refund Policy — Refunds for coaching sessions or packages are handled on a case-by-case basis. — Once a session has been completed, it is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund. — Exceptional circumstances (illness, emergencies) may be considered—please contact me directly. Confidentiality — All client information shared during sessions is strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Client Responsibilities — Coaching is a collaborative process. — Results vary based on your effort, commitment, and circumstances. Disclaimer — Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. — Clients should consult licensed professionals for mental health, medical, or legal concerns.
